Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

Spain (Mainland): 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.

Please keep in mind that orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take longer to arrive due to additional processing and/or customs procedures. Delivery may take approximately 15–30 business days.

If an order includes items that are shipped from our international warehouse, the entire order may be shipped internationally. In this case, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TIMES

Spain: 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders may take 1–3 business days to process after being placed. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

During periods of high demand, processing times may take longer than expected. During peak seasons, we kindly ask that you allow us up to 5 business days to process and dispatch your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Christmas Delivery Notice

Due to increased demand during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 1st.

We recommend ordering early to avoid possible delays.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, deliveries may take longer than the estimated shipping times stated above.

External factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, local public holidays and periods of high demand may affect delivery times and are outside of our control.
